snapped creationz does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason due to the nature of our products. Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order if there is an error, after that your transaction can't be canceled. Currently processing times are 3-5 business days not including weekends or holidays. Processing times do not included shipping times. All packages come with a tracking number, once the packages leave our hands and are accepted by the post office we can no longer be responsible for them. we are not responsible for delayed packages, stuck “in transit” notifications and damaged packages. we take care in every order we pack to provide the best experience possible. If there is an issue with shipment it is your responsibility to contact your local post office and make a claim. I am unable to do so since "you" the customer will have the package to provide proof. by purchasing from our store you agree to these polices.
